Investment Risks

All investments carry risks. By investing through Delvike, you acknowledge and accept that:

• •The value of investments may fluctuate and there is a risk of partial or total loss of invested capital.
• •Past returns do not guarantee future results.
• •Real estate projects are subject to specific market risks, including changes in economic conditions, regulations, and market demand.
• •Delvike does not guarantee any specific return on investments.

User Obligations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• •Delvike shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• •Delvike's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount invested by the User in the specific Project related to such claim.
• •Delvike does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

Termination

Delvike reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law. In case of termination, any active investments will be managed according to the specific terms of the corresponding Project.

Modifications

Delvike reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
